Click here for the British Wheel of Yoga - this is the governing body for Yoga in the UK - a good way of finding local classes if you can't make it to a special Yoga for Bikers class. This is the largest Yoga organisation in the UK and is recognised by the Sports Councils as the National Governing Body.

Click here for Iyengar Yoga UK - this is one of the main styles that I practise. This organisation is more specific in looking after Iyengar Yoga in the UK. Again a good source for finding a local teacher if you can't make it to a Yoga for Bikers class.

Click here for Cardiff Buddhist Centre - this is where I learnt Iyengar Yoga, with the great Padmasimha - lovely people who also teach meditation and Buddhism.

Click here for the Bristol Yogathon - a fundraising event for Penny Brohn Cancer Care. A great cause, and a great opportunity to practice yoga with literally hundreds of other people.

Click here for Daves gym - We use the yoga studio upstairs here. The gym staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a lovely local gym.
