Who we are

Hi,

I'm Tori Lang, founder of Yoga for Bikers. I've been riding bikes for over 15 years and started practising Yoga over 12 years ago. I realised that yoga was something that could help make riding a more enjoyable experience for a lot of other bikers, and so Yoga for Bikers was formed.

I practice Hatha Yoga, with an emphasis on Iyengar Yoga to address the specific demands that riding a bike places on the body and mind.

I am a qualified Bristish Wheel of Yoga teacher - please see links for further information.
